It was cool and rainy on the Prairies…so, yup, soggy/wet conditions for all 9 holes. But, the round was played and there was some unusual scoring, thanks to the conditions.
TC & CO. stayed atop the standings with a 4 point lead over JOEY B’S now. Following close behind is GILLICK BRICKWORK, K.G. ELECTRIC, INC., and SOUTHSIDE MACHINE. There are only 5 points separating the top 5 teams with a couple weeks of scoring remaining in the First Half.
That sets up the Match of the Week for Week 10 when TC & CO. will face SOUTHSIDE MACHINE.
Five different golfers had a 39, the low scratch score of the night. The low net score for the night was 27, carded by GARY SCHMIDT (39) & JOHN PERLONGO (45).
RON SCHMITT and CHUCK “where’s my 50” LIZENBEE had the closest to honors for the night.
There were 3 skins on the night, one was an eagle-3 on #9 by CASEY JONES.

Good: No rainout! Just rained on!
Bad: injured goose on #6.
Ugly: Deer damage to PAUL HILLYARD’S truck (see pic below).
