Week 12 – NICE! 80 degrees, a little breeze, overcast skies, low humidity, the Meramec course.
And THAT’S WHY WE HAVE 2 HALVES! Team #8, THE TUREK BROTHERS, is on a heater, getting all 10 points from C.E.S. – sorry ’bout your luck Team #14.
It was a low-scoring night on the Meramec. There were 12 sub-40 rounds and the league stroke average was 43.3, the best night so far this season.
Leading the way on the lights-out scoring was MIKE O’KANE and MEL STORTZUM who each shot a 36, good for the low scratch score. The low net score was – WOW! – a 25 shot by DOUG WERNER (40).

The closest to winners on the night were NICK KAUSCH and DAVE SCHWEITZER. There were also 3 skins on the night: JASON GILLICK, MATT TUREK, and “SMASH BURGER”.
