Front 9 Gets Pounded Again- Week 12 Recap

2014-week-12Hot & humid – wouldn’t expect anything less in late June in St. Louis.

Low scores – wouldn’t expect anything less on the Front 9!

Three guys shot even par: BRUCE THOMAS, NICK KAUSCH & RUSS KLEVORN (net-28).  That 36 even earned BRUCE THOMAS another career victory, putting him now just two wins away from that elite 200-win club!  That was the only action on the Milestone Watch this week.

On the less-desired Milestone Watch, TOM HEYL earned career-loss #100.  Closest-to-the-pin honors were earned by MIKE O’KANE & CRAIG MORRIS.

Other guys with low-net scores included: CRAIG ALDRIDGE (27), KEVIN OLIVER (28), GREG GILLICK (28) & TIM JOST (29).

Meanwhile, Team #4 – C.E.S. – was able to hold on to the top spot in the standings with another eight-point night.  That was the only constant in the standings this week as all other 11 spots have a new tenant.  Including, the lowest spot in the standings which is (finally) not currently occupied by PAUL THE PAINTER…by one point…10 points out of first place.
