WELCOME TO THE 32ND SEASON OF THE COOT BROWN GOLF LEAGUE!
We are getting closer and closer to another season of Coot Brown golf with the 32nd season teeing off at Tapawingo National at 3:12pm on Thursday, April 12th. There are a lot of great things going on with the new season and we don’t want you to miss a thing.
In case you missed Coot’s Winter Meeting (download the agenda), here are some highlights and things you need to know for the upcoming season.
SCHEDULE
You will need to pay special attention to the schedule this year as there are some changes from previous years. Here are the highlights:
- For the first time in Coot history, there will be 22 weeks of golf this year
- Four (4) weeks will be played on Wednesday, not Thursday: May 2, May 16, June 6, and July 11
- One (1) week will be played on Tuesday, not Thursday: August 7
TEAMS
- Reigning Champs, G & G SNOW PLOW, is now GILLICK BRICKWORK
- DOUG WERNER moved from THE TUREK BROTHERS (Team 10) to KENRICK’S MEATS (Team 8) for cash considerations and a player to be named later
MILESTONE WATCH
The following players ended 2017 on the Milestone Watch and will strive to join their respective career win clubs in 2018:
