Well, the Second Half has the same storyline as the First Half with HAEGELE NURSERY already out on top. They took 8 points from K.G. ELECTRIC, INC. on the Meramec course with overcast skies and some sprinkles coming down. We’ll see how long their hold on the top spot can last this half…even though it didn’t do them much good last half!
There was a lot of action on the individual front though! How about 14 different Cooters shooting under 40 and another 4 at 40?! Leading the way was MATT “Nubby” HINES with his low scratch score of the night, 35. Right behind him was the low net score of the night from RON SUDA (27/38) who also got added to the Milestone Watch with his 145th career victory.
DAVE HEGGER got added to the Watch as well with #195 and a couple of other guys already on the list got a win closer to their respective milestones. JEFF POHRER and JOHN GREFFET took home honors for closest to on the night.
Let’s see if this great shooting shows up next week when The Prairie will be waiting!
