Humid On The Prairie – Week 9 Recap

The temps were up, the humidity was up, the scoring was up.

It was a night filled with subs, thanks to the West Coast Cooters. Perhaps unrelated…the league stroke average for Week 9 on the Prairie Course was 45.8, the 7th highest week of the year and nearly a full stroke higher than the average for the previous 8 weeks of play.

Speaking of scoring, there’s only 1 week left of scoring before Week 11’s Position Round.

And…SOUTHSIDE MACHINE stayed on top with K.G. ELECTRIC, INC. putting on the pressure, just 3 points behind after taking 6 points on the night.

That leaves us with the Match of the Week on the Meramec for Week 10: second place K.G. ELECTRIC, INC. will face third place TC & CO. to try and take over the top spot before Position Night.

RYAN VAN DILLEN and MATT TUREK JR. took home the closest to prizes on the night. JOHN GREFFET was the only Milestone Watch lister to make progress. DEREK STEPHENS is still sandbagging, even after going from -5 to -4. MIKE O’KANE is still undefeated (4-0-1, 1.000). And, CHRIS TOCKSTEIN is having a “tuff” first half (1-5-1, .167).

THE GOOD, THE BAD, THE UGLY:
THE GOOD: Low scratch – Chris Collins (35)
THE BAD: Splittin’ the skins money (5x)
THE UGLY: Battle for closest to on #2

Lake entries, now!”
