It was about 100 degrees with 100% humidity with just a little breeze on the Prairie for Week 17…apparently a perfect setting for a battle in the standings!
In their seesaw battle with METRO ELECTRIC, THE TUREK BROTHERS are back on top! Everyone else is just watching from behind, with only a handful of teams within 10 points of the top spot.
Go figure, that leads us to the Match of the Week for Week 18 next Thursday on the Woodlands: Team #12 vs. Team #5!
It was a battle for the low scratch score of the night, with 3 guys at or below par: DAVE SCHWEITZER (34), TIM GARDNER (35), & MATT GARDNER (36).
The low net score was 30, carded by 4 guys: ELLIOT KITE, JOHN PERLONGO, KYLE RICKERMANN, & BRITT MOSS.
ELLIOT KITE also had one of the closest to prizes, MATT GARDNER (fresh off being slimed earlier in the day) had the other one.
There was only 1 skin on the night with “Smash Burger” DAVE, taking home the carryover pot of $500 with a birdie on #8!

Ugly: Acting like BRAD.
