Another nice night – 85 degrees, partly cloudy skies – for Week 21’s Position Round on the Woodlands.
If your team were in the hunt going into the Position Round, and I told you you’d earn 10 points, you’d be confident you’d come out on top, right? Well, not this year. K.G. ELECTRIC, INC. came into the round in third place and only 3.5 points behind the top spot. They did what they were supposed to do and took all 10 points…but, GILLICK BRICKWORK did what they needed to do and took 7.5 points – giving them the Second Half Championship by just a half point! Wow.

That sets the stage for the 39th edition of the Coot Cup as First Half Champs, TC & CO., will be on the hunt for their first league championship while Second Half Champs, GILLICK BRICKWORK, will be on the hunt for their fifth title (formerly G & G SNOW PLOW).
