We know that the lineups for the Lake Tourney can bring some concern each year. In an effort to meet the needs of our members, we have set up a few feedback forms based on what generally is needed for the Lake Tourney; please choose the form that best suits your needs.
- FLIGHT CHANGE FORM #1 – complete this form if you believe you are in the wrong flight for the tournament.
- TEAM CHANGE FORM #2 – complete this form if you want to be on a different team.
- GENERAL FEEDBACK FORM #3 – complete this form if your issues are so complex that they don’t fit into either of the above two forms.
