C.E.S. Takes The Second Half – Week 19 Recap

tyler-sollbergerThere was no more “lake hangover” & Coot’s guys were at their best for the last night of scoring of the 30th season.

And, finishing on top: C.E.S.!  The fellas of C.E.S. took all 10 points by annihilating JOEY B’s on the night to assure the second half championship.

CONGRATULATIONS C.E.S.!

But wait…is revenge on tap next week?  And with the league title on the line!  FYI: JOEY B’s holds the tiebreaker on the night…so here we go!

After Week 18 yielded only 1 sub-40 rounds, Week 19 turned out 9 different sub-40 rounds!  Leading the way was BRUCE THOMAS with a 1-under-par-35; followed closely by JOE SONDERMAN and his 36.

TIM SARGENT tied the league record for low-net-score with his 24 (42).  MATT GAGNEPAIN carded a net-29 (38) and TYLER SOLLBERGER a 29 (39).

To help out his low-net cause, TYLER SOLLBERGER finished the night by chipping in on #9 for an eagle-3!

RYAN VAN DILLEN & MATT GAGNEPAIN each earned the closest-to-the-pin honors on the night.  On the Milestone Watch, JEFF LAURY got #99 & JOE SONDERMAN got #97.

JEFF POHRER finished the 30th season with a career record of 251-203-43.  The Player Records page has been updated through the 30th season of Coot Brown golf!  The League Rankings have also been updated.
