Heat, Humidity, Tornado Sirens – Week 12 Recap

Week 12 kicked off the second half of the 2018 season and took place on the Meramec course.  But, it was all about heat, humidity, and the tornado sirens on the night!  Nonetheless, the start of the new half was full of excitement!

The defending champs (GILLICK BRICKWORK) are back at it again after getting all 10 points to start off the half on the top…sorry PAUL THE PAINTER!

There was some great shooting by a few guys.  CHRIS TOCKSTEIN (28/44) and GARY WILLIAMS (29/42) had the low-net scores on the night.  Meanwhile, NICK KAUSCH had the low-scratch score on the night with his even-par-36.

LARRY MOELLERING got the only closest-to-the-pin honor on the night as the other one, for the second time this season, was unable to be awarded due to weather.

Here’s a look at The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly from Week 12:

  • THE GOOD: C.D. LONGO‘S hospitality.
  • THE BAD: The abacus needed for prorating the scorecards!
  • THE UGLY: The Lake stories!
