Cool, upper-50-degree temps greeted Coot’s guys for the Week 3 makeup on Monday. As if that wasn’t enough…it was the first night on The Woodlands…and it showed.
There was only 1 sub-40 round on the night; the low scratch score by TIM CARBERY (37).
DAVE COOPER and TIM SARGENT inched closer to their milestones and JOE TUREK JR. was added to the list as well.
MATT TUREK JR. and JOHN COOPER got the closest-to prizes on the night.
But, talk about some movement in the standings!
THE TUREK BROTHERS took the top back the top spot while AALCO MFG. only took 1 point to drop to third place.
Other big movements on the night included JOEY B’S getting 0 points and dropping from 4th place down to 9th place. HAEGELE NURSERY swept the night and jumped into 2nd place, just 3 points out of first.
After that big shakeup of the standings, there are only 5 points separating the top 6 teams.
So, the feature match of the week for Week 6 will be THE TUREK BROTHERS vs. METRO ELECTRIC, separated by only 5 points.
