And…finally…75 degrees with sunny skies and slight breeze for Week 3 on the Woodlands!
A perfect setting for a lot of movement on the standings! Every single team, except 1, moved places in the standings. The biggest jump was SOUTHSIDE MACHINE (Team 4) taking all 10 points from PAUL THE PAINTER (Team 11) to go from Eleventh Place to a tie for Second Place and just 1.5 out of the top spot.
How did they do it, you ask? On the backs of the two newest members of the 100 Win Club: TIM JOST and JIM JOST III. How did the pair of Josts get their 100th career victory? By beating a pair of Gardners (GARY & TIM).
Perfect.

All of that sets up for the “Match of the Week” for next Thursday when SOUTHSIDE MACHINE will take on TC & CO. (Team 3) with First Place on the line on the young season.
The low scratch score of the night was carded by MATT “NUBBY” HINES (38). Two guys had low net scores of note: RYAN VAN DILLEN (30/41) and JUSTIN PASTERNAK (30/39).
There were three closest to the pin winners on the night: GARRY BYRD, MATT HINES, & GEORGE ERMOLD.
