Run These Notes By The Boss – Week 18 Recap

It was 85 degrees. It was muggy. It started out with a little drizzle. Then it rained and got real hot & muggy. AND KG WAS IN FLORIDA…a tough set of conditions for Week 18…but, Coot’s guys persevered.

BOB DEGUNIA had the closest to on #3. COREY NEWMAN had the closest to on #5. HERB GOLTERMAN had the closest to on #8. There were skins on 1, 4 & 5 – all eagles – MATT TUREK on #1 & #4 and MIKE MARCHI on #9.

In fact, BOB DEGUNIA was thiiiiis close for his closest to!

CHRIS COLLINS (37) had the low scratch score of the night and CHUCK LIZENBEE (41/26) had the low net score. Overall, scores were a little elevated with a league stroke average of 45.9.

JEFF LAURY and ROB GAYLORD were both added to the Milestone Watch after they each got #145.

Every team moved places in the standings, except SOUTHSIDE MACHINE, who has a 1 point hold on first place. Which sets up nicely for Week 19’s match of the week between SOUTHSIDE MACHINE and K.G. ELECTRIC, INC.

THE GOOD, THE BAD, THE UGLY:
THE GOOD: Eagle skins!
THE BAD: Last card got in at dark-thirty.
THE UGLY: Restaurant closed for a birthday party?

“No league play this week…see ya at the Lake!”
